As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. - Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Currently licensed applicants highly preferred.
- Must have prior sales experience.
